Institutes: Selection, management, placement for institutes

Internursing provides substitutive or extra staff to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and old-people's homes (qualified nurses, healthcare assistant, nursing assistant, CRS healthcare worker), and assumes all responsibility for the services and professionally and humanly correct behaviour of the staff. If so required, Internursing can also manage shifts.
The institutes can therefore count on, at all times and only for the time required, trained and expert staff, thereby managing staff fluctuations in the very best possible way.
The terms of start and finish of an appointment may be short, as provided by the Law on staff loans; the institute is free to directly hire the Internursing personnel it prefers, according to the relative placement conditions.
Internursing also provides personnel for individual assistance to patients inside the institute.
