Internursing assists its clients in relations with health insurance schemes, and in particular deals with all administrative formalities relating to basic insurance. It is important to remember that the federal Law on Health Insurance (LAMal) obliges the health insurance schemes to sustain part of home-care costs, but only if these spitex services are provided by a home-healthcare assistance service authorized by the office of the cantonal doctor. Internursing has such authorization as a guarantee of the quality of the services it provides.
