• For each job, an appointment confirmation is executed with all details relating to the assistance, countersigned by the client by way of acceptance.

• The rates applied for the spitex services are those provided by the administrative Convention signed with SantÈsuisse and include all social contributions, insurance premiums, professional third-party liability and all the Internursing services (such as, for example, immediate substitution in case of illness or accident, 24/7 availability, etc.).

• The invoice is issued monthly and sent directly to the Sickness Insurance for spitex services and to the client for the remaining services.

• Services provided according to medical prescription are not subject to VAT.

• The minimum duration of a job is 2 hours for private assistance (home economics, preparation of meals, surveillance, etc..).

• The minimum job cancellation period is 1 week from 1st to 6th month of work, according to the federal law on placement; from the 7th month, reference is made to the provisions of article 334 and following articles of the obligations code.

• A lump sum may be charged for travel expenses, following the agreement of the client, in case of assistance in remote areas.

• Collaborators remain in the employ of Internursing for the entire duration of the service and may be employed directly by a client following payment of a placement fee established by relevant conditions (to be requested from the Internursing office).
